All equipment that we install is covered by a comprehensive 12 months parts and labour warranty. We also provide during the first 12 months a Maintenance visit to ensure that the equipment is working correctly.

The equipment will also have a manufacturer’s warranty which will be either 3 or 5 years. We are pleased to honour this warranty provided that the equipment is covered by our Maintenance Contract. To ensure air conditioning equipment works efficiently it is essential that they are serviced regularly, particularly those that are used all year round. Our engineers follow a 14-point checklist which will ensure that the equipment is operating correctly. If any faults are found they will be rectified as part of the manufacturer’s warranty.

A contract can be provided on a yearly basis for an annual fee or it can be included at extra cost as part of the initial installation cost. The warranty covers the cost of any labour and replacement parts required during the manufacturer’s warranty period. This provides the customer with complete peace of mind during the warranty period.
