During our initial site survey, we will discuss with the clients, in detail, all aspects of the project.

Following the initial survey, we are happy to collaborate with architects, building contractors, designers, M&E consultants, to establish the most suitable and cost effective solution. If there are alternative designs, we will provide several specifications so that the client is able to choose the solution which suits their requirements Whether it is a new build, refurbishment or retrofit we will provide a detailed specification and quotation to allow the client to understand what has been proposed.

If the client has had a quotation from another supplier we are pleased to offer impartial advice and, if desired, a competitive like-for-like quotation.

It is our aim to ensure that the specified equipment is cost effective; we do this by using the most energy efficient technology, meaning that reductions in long term running costs can be achieved.

We will also show how to obtain valuable financial assistance using the Enhanced Capital Allowances Scheme which allows 100% capital allowances against the total project cost during the first financial year. We can also offer advice on flexible lease-purchase finance plans.

Residential customers will also benefit from a reduced rate of 5% VAT on the installed cost of a heat pump system.
