Current F-Gas legislation requires equipment with F-Gas refrigerant to be checked for leaks on a regular basis and this can be included as part of our maintenance visit.
Mandatory leak testing depends on the quantity of refrigerant in the system measured in CO2e this is explained in more detail in the F-Gas Regulation section. If in doubt please contact us for advice.
To ensure air conditioning equipment works efficiently it is essential that they are serviced regularly, particularly those that are used all year round. We offer various types of maintenance schemes for all types of air conditioning, heat pump and ventilation systems. Our engineers follow a 14-point checklist which will ensure that the equipment is operating correctly. A report will be provided and any faults will be detailed with suggested remedies. Generally, equipment should be serviced every six months but sometimes in sensitive areas such as Server Rooms, shorter intervals may be required.
We can provide one-off maintenance visits which are chargeable on completion or we can offer a Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract which is invoiced yearly in advance.
Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts once set up are automatically renewed after 12 months. We will write to you advising that the contract is due to expire and ask if you wish to renew. The planned maintenance visits are then scheduled and you are advised of the dates.
